Holding degrees in Music Performance and Music Education, Vicki has trained in the areas of musicology, arranging, improvisation, jazz and opera. Vicki’s diverse experience has kept her in demand as a singer, teacher, workshop leader and conductor. She has worked with the Australian Girls Choir in a variety of capacities since 1993, and is now the Artistic Director of the Australian School of Performing Arts.

Vicki was a founding member of the internationally awarded a cappella ensemble Akasa and believes that the expressive power of the performing arts can be used as a tool for social change. Vicki is one of our lead instructors and has visited Halls Creek regularly since 2010 and Carnarvon since 2013. She is responsible for selecting program content, creating curriculum materials and building the capacity of the g-oz instructor team.
